It was very delicious actually, and, to be honest, I was a bit surprised :)
So, first we had cauliflower cream soup. The photo is zucchini filled with cheese, cous cous with dill and fried yuca. And fig as garnish (and I think the sauce as well). All very tasty, the combination was great! Only sort of disappointing thing was the desert made out of all these substitute things, it tasted…...
